Here are our current support rates:
- Home or home office visits cost £30 for up to 1 hour then £15 per half-hour
(or part of) thereafter. These costs exclude any hardware or
software that is being supplied as part of the visit,
which will be charged in addition.
- If your home is within 5 miles of
our office, then travel is FREE; else there will be a
travel surcharge of 30p per mile. Mileage is based on travel from our office to
your home and back.
- Custom database design work costs £15 per half-hour
(or part of). Rework following customer review will be charged
at the same rate. The minimum cost for any database
project is £60.
